All Customer Service Agreements of Stord, Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively "Stord") are governed by the Stord Terms and Conditions, which cover Warehouse Services, Parcel Services, Freight Services, and Software Services in a single comprehensive document, the Consolidated Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply unless the parties have agreed to different terms in a signed written agreement. Any changes are effective immediately upon publication at https://www.stord.com/terms-and-conditions.

### Consolidated vs. Modular Terms

Effective February 14, 2026, Stord consolidated its Customer Terms and Conditions from a modular format into a single document. The substantive commercial and legal terms are the same across both structures.
