Schedule an Appointment

Steps:

1. FIND WAREHOUSE
   • January Logistics - January Warehouse - Chandler
     122 January Way, Chamber 42, B9238
2. Schedule
   • Find Warehouse
   • My Appointments
   • POIBOL Search

Warehouse Load Type Date & Time Appointment Details

• Select Load Type
  • TEST 30 MIN LOAD TYPE (Inbound (30 minutes))
  • TEST 45 MIN LOAD TYPE (Outbound (45 minutes))
• Select Date & Time

Appointment Details

Steps:

1. Search for warehouse name and click ‘Search’
2. Click the ‘Schedule’ button
3. Select Load Type
4. Pick a date & time
5. Fill out information & finalize appointment

Edit an Appointment

Steps:

1. Click ‘My Appointments’
2. Select a date range and click ‘Apply’
3. Click ‘Manage Appointments’
4. Click Pencil Icon to Edit
5. Cancel or Reschedule

Add Warehouse Favorites

Steps:

1. Search for warehouse name and click ‘Search’
2. Click the ☆ button
3. The page will reload, and the warehouse will be added to the ‘Your Favorites’ section

Search Appointments by PO Number

Steps:

1. Click ‘PO Search’
2. Type a PO Number and click ‘Search’
3. All appointments with PO Numbers that contain the search term will be listed. E.g. Searching for ”1234” will return appointments with PO Numbers “0123456” and “12345566”.

Edit Profile & Change Password

Steps:

1. Click ‘▽’ button next to your username to display the menu
2. Click ‘Edit Profile’
3. Upload a photo
4. Update your password
5. Click ‘Save Changes’

Common Questions:

1. What is Opendock?
   Opendock is a centralized SaaS dock scheduling platform focused on solving the problems of trucks waiting in the yard by allowing carriers and brokers to book dock appointments with warehouses online.
2. How does it work?
   1. Warehouses create available time slots based on # of docks, loading time, equipment needed and labor.
   2. Carriers go to OpenDock.com to schedule an appointment with the warehouse and provide PO #, pallet counts, etc.
   3. Appointment shows up on the warehouse's schedule and a confirmation e-mail sent to the carrier.
   4. Carrier arrives at the warehouse, checks in, promptly unloaded and departing for the next shipment.
3. How do carriers register for an Opendock account?
   1. Go to opendock.com.
   2. Click "Register for FREE".
   3. Register with a valid e-mail address and create a password.
   4. You should receive a verification email from no-reply@opendock.com to finalize your registration.
   5. Once your email has been verified, you can log into your account and schedule appointments.
